Terms & Conditions

Governing Law
You agree that the following Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed in accordance with the laws of, and the courts in England and Wales, and the application of the
United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. In case of conflict between these terms and conditions and your statutory rights your statutory rights will prevail over these terms.

Accepted Currency
All prices are inclusive of delivery and shipping charges except otherwise stated on listing page .Payments are only accepted in GBP (Great Britain Pounds) unless, otherwise, stated on item description page. Please consult your bank for current currency rates before you send us any payment.

Offline Payment

We do accept international Bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram, Cheques (Only within UK).  However please be aware all Goods will not be despatched until clearance of such payments. Note as well that these types of payment is longer than traditional online payment.

Payment Processing
All payments made offline will take 5-10 working days to be processed and to pass all the risk and fraud tests. Products will not be dispatched before this is completed.

Bank Transfer Payment
Payment must be made from the buyer's personal or company's account. Goods will only be dispatched to the address of the person or company sending us the payment. Any payments made by a third party who is not, in our knowledge, the owner of the account, will be refunded immediately. In the event that the order is paid for by a third party then we have the right to ask for certain documents as proof before accepting the order. All bank charges are paid by the sender.

Cheque Payment
Payment must be made by the buyer's personal or company's account. We will only dispatch purchases to Person/Company sending payment using cheque for security reasons. Any fraudulent payment will be refunded immediately. If the ordered goods is paid for by a third party we have the right to ask for further particulars as proof before accepting the order.

PayPal Payment
We do accept PayPal payments. However, we will only dispatch goods to confirmed PayPal addresses. Also be sure that you have been verified by PayPal to avoid delays in processing your order. We will not accept PayPal payments for intangible goods like software license keys because PayPal protection policy do not cover sellers for these types of transactions. We will not accept PayPal payments for items that are picked up.

Cancellation

If you so wish you can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it free of charge. You will pay us a charge of 6% of the total order if you cancelled after the cooling off period. Please, call us on +447 930 891 997 or e-mail us at:

Returns & Refunds & Undelivered Parcels
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact our Business Development & Customer Support Team by email: returns@aiexports.co.uk giving the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.  After we receive the returned item and everything is in order you will be refunded in full.

Specific terms relating to our returns, refunds & undelivered parcels policy are:
 
(1) For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home or the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.
(2) If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 25% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges unless the item has not been dispatched.
(3) If the item was sent by courier, we will deduct the courier charges x 2 as we get charged for sending the goods out and also for having the goods returned to us.
(4) We will deduct fees that we were charged for listing the item that are non-refundable. (4) By buying from us you agree to these simple & concise charges and conditions.
(5) If you do not agree to these simple terms and condition please do not purchase from us, thanks.

We will dispatch items to confirmed PayPal registered address only. Please make sure your address is correct. Undelivered items will only be dispatched after re-payment of postage charges.

 

Warranty

Each brand new product has a minimum of 12 months manufacturer's warranty, details of which may be contained in the box in which the goods are packaged. During the warranty period any damages to the goods will be repaired by the manufacturer and if cannot be repaired will be replaced with no additional cost to buyer. This does not cover normal wear and tear and misuse by the buyer. And buyers pay all shipping fees.  On the other hand, all used or fairly used items come with no warranty. Before any used product is listed for sale such product must have passed our rigorous testing and shown to be working, and any cosmetic blemish or scuff marks will be mentioned on item listing page.


Customs

be imposed as soon as the goods reach the specified destination.  Any additional charges relating to customs must be settled by you. We do not control these charges and we cannot predict how much they are going to cost you. There are no unified customs policies, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Finally, we would like internationally customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Delivery

If you placed an order with us by 10:00 am Monday to Friday we will dispatch your order by 16:00 local time. Please note that we cannot deliver on bank holidays & Sundays. If, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver on time we will try to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. We will endeavour to complete all orders for goods or services within 24 hours. All orders are subject to stock availability.


Faulty, Incorrect, or Dead on Arrival Goods (DOA)
Goods that are deemed faulty or incorrect can be returned to us and we will refund or send a replacement  including the full cost of postage and packaging to you. We require proof of payment to process refunds; therefore please ensure you keep any receipts. We will refund any monies you have paid to us within 96 hours of receipt of your returned goods, all things been equal. The returned goods will be tested and if deemed not faulty the customer will pay a fee for re-stocking the item. This fee is currently 10% of the total value of the sale. Also the initial posting cost will be deducted from the total value of the goods. This also applies where the item was advertised with free delivery. Any items which are damaged while in transit are not our responsibility. You will need to contact the courier you have chosen in order to obtain compensation. Courier charges are also non refundable and any delay in transit is also not our responsibility. This does not affect or over ride any statutory rights that you may have. All items listed has used that are found to be faulty or Dead on Arrival (DOA) will be replaced or your monies refunded. You have 7 days to inform us of any such issues. After 7 days have passed there is nothing we can do to assist you in this case.

Quotations
Our quotation, unless otherwise stated, does not include customs duties and inspections or any other fees or taxes payable to government bodies. We may change the price or make additional charges if circumstances are found to apply which have not been taken into account when preparing our quotation. We will confirm any changes in writing and these changes may include but not limited to the following:
  • You do not accept our quotation in writing within 28 days.
  • Our costs change because of currency fluctuations or changes in taxation or freight charges beyond our control.
Pricing and availability
The availability of all products is stated on the website as well as each product information webpage. Please, be aware that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed dispatch times. We will inform you by e-mail if any products you ordered became unavailable.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
